ABOUT

European Roasterie, Inc. was founded in 1992 and we are located in Le Center, MN. We are a family-run business which employs 50 people, roasting in a 50,000 square foot Roasterie. Currently, we are producing over 3.5 million pounds of fresh roasted, top-grade coffee annually.  Big numbers for a small batch roaster but hey, that’s our craft.  We still only roast 25 to 500 lbs per roast…with each batch carefully roasted to create the perfect cup, all the time.

We offer over 30 origin coffees.  We offer an endless array of blend and roast level options and over 50 flavored coffees.  We also carry Certified Organic and Fair Trade coffees and we are Certified Kosher. Our coffees are gluten free, and have no carbs, no calories, no sugars, no nothing…except for goodness and caffeine! Unless you don’t want caffeine…in that case, we carry over 5 decaf origin coffees and numerous decaf blends – all of which can be flavored as well.

We personally select green beans from plantations and co-ops directly, which allows for better quality control and gives Fair Trade assurance by confirming that sustainable practices are in place. We source and buy coffees from over 30 different countries. Our coffee knowledge and intimate connection with the world’s leading coffee plantations allows us to offer exotic organics and lesser-known, but more flavorful, varieties.

Internationally or locally, if you are looking for a fresh, custom-roasted, hand-filled, small batch, and better bean coffee, you have come to the right place! Our coffees are fresh roasted daily as we have a combined 50 years of roasting experience on staff.  All of our coffees are Grade 1 Specialty Coffee, hand-selected, micro-roasted European-style, and shipped-fresh daily – that’s the commitment behind everything we do at European Roasterie, Inc.
